  • The system enables the entry of employee requests such as (leave request, advance request, permission request, etc.), the request can then be followed-up and the employee notified via an SMS text message sent to his mobile if his request was accepted or rejected.
  • The system is designed for preparing forms and letters such as (salary notification letter, experience certificate, etc.) so that the letter is drafted once and then merged with the employee's data for delivery to the him upon his request.
  • Record employee loans and their installments to be deducted from the employee salary. Additionally, loans can be deducted from the end of service benefit.
  • Salaries are calculated based on the benefits and deductions specified in the employee file with the possibility of adding other benefits and deductions manually or by importing them from an Excel file or posting from the attendance system (fingerprint).
  • It is possible to email the salary slip directly to the email of each employee.
  • Templates can be prepared for text messages and then used to send messages to the employee’s mobile. It is also possible to send the employee's monthly salary details as a text message directly to the employee's mobile.
  • The system is equipped with a mechanism to grant and deny permissions to the user for all system screens so that each user has control over some of the system features, but not all.
  • Social Insurance salary percentages can be entered and their calculated figure values deducted from employee salaries for both Saudis and none Saudis.
  • End of service benefits is calculated according to the Saudi Labor Office for the termination of contract, dismissal or resignation with the possibility of adding other benefits and deductions in the final end of service benefit calculation.
